The gel fluxing agent is a thickened rosin fluxing agent of the RMA class used for SMT assembly and repairs.
The gel fluxing agent should be applied through a screen, stencil or from a syringe.
Activators used to produce the fluxing agent allow leaving its residues after the soldering process on the package (provided the production process does not include the washing phase).
